The Laramie Project is a 2000 play by Moisés Kaufman and the Techtonic Theater Project about the reaction to the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard, a gay University of Wyoming student, in Laramie, Wyoming.[i] A follow-up play titled “The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later” premiered in 2008.[ii] There have been performances of the plays outside of Winnipeg Pride, but only performances held during Winnipeg Pride have been listed.
